    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted sky a couple of days ago asking to change the number setup for 2 step verification on my account, as it was a completely random phone number that I didn't recognise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The advisor told me this has been changed, and I received an email to say "there's been a request made to change your details". However, the number hasn't been updated yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this something that takes a while to update? And help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
