    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could well be Plusnet if there is a pending digital phone line upgrade placed on your line so do you have an online account with them that you could check ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Couldn’t make it up!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email in February to say my internet was being taken over and I was leaving sky (this was news to me) so I called and said I hadn't left and they managed to reinstate my internet. I then received another email to say the same thing again to which I phoned again and told them I hadn't left however this time they couldn't reinstate it and so I was cut off. I was given Sky signature as an apology however they are actually charging me, so I phoned and said if you are charging me I don't want it however they are saying they can't locate the call and they can't reinstate what I had originally because it no longer exists. This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Communication barriers, constantly having to explain myself every single time. The stress has been unreal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You might need to check who it is with as it could well be them behind this as ISPd are converting landlines to digit prior to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the current analog switch off which is set for sometime next year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky told me it was Plusnet who took over the line, I phoned plusnet who couldn't deny or confirm anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
