      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking for some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of my bills are up to date including marketplace apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but my issue is that every time I try to browse new products on the website I keep getting the message that my account is restricted and to removed the outstanding issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click the resolve button and it takes me to my accounts which all say paid. So what is the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried web chat with advisors and they just keep telling me they can't see any issues and it'll be resolved in 24hrs but it's been a week now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
