Keep getting emails saying I’ve paid of my monthly mobile but now I cannot log in says invalid ID

Can someone help, had my contract for 24 months now it's over I am still paying £14 a month for nothing , can't get through to sky either.

Could the £14 be for the sim as you keep

paying for this unless you either cancel it or move the number to a different network ?

Doesn't let me view my bill at all says ran into a technical error every time I log in

I've tried all This still comes up with the error message,

When I got my contract 2 years ago it passed credit checks but then the phone got delivered and then it says it is cancelled however because I had the phone still they told me to continue to pay it until the contract ended
