The £3 a month increase is the normal price increase which happens every April. It was explained in the T's and C's you read and agreed to.

Once your price increase email / letter arrives it contains a number to call if you wish to cancel certain Sky services. You have 30 days to call after receiving the notification. Leaving penalty free only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk.

This isn't true. Sky follow Ofcoms variable pricing rule. If Sky stated a price increase upfront for broadband then it would not be possible to cancel mid contract without a termination charge.

Hi,

I'm confused why my bill is showing £100 AGAIN. I have paid and been up to date with payments and I'm pretty sure at least once I have paid more than I should of. I refuse to pay £100 again without an explanation as to why every month I've to pay £100 as this is a lot of money.

Thanks

Thomas

You can't refuse to pay. If you want an official explanation of your bill you'll need to contact Sky.

Apart from the inevitable annual price increase each April, the usual reason for a bill increase is that your discounts have ended.

Perhaps compare the latest bill with previous ones to see where it differs.

If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

’Significant’ discounts seem harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new Sky customer so don’t expect anything on a par to a new customer deal.

See this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2-t2#downgrade

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that at the end of their minimum term you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

Are you making manual payments against these bills as usually there is no need to do this unless your services have been restricted.

Is it showing more than one month. I am not sure what charge you are expecting but if you were on minimum term discount and that has finished you will now be paying the full list price unless you can negotiate a new deal with Sky. Unfortunately don't let you know when your minimum term discount ends they just start charging the full list price from the next bill after your discount has finished . You can view you present and previous bills in the my Sky app or by logging in on to your account on the Sky .com web site under "Bill and Payments" . May be if you compare you previous bills with your current bill you can see what has changed and why.
