&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky cannot guarantee a time an engineer will arrive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;And even if he/she arrives before 3pm they'll need time to carry out the necessary work, whatever that might be. Of course for broadband some or all of the work may be doable remotely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
