I have now had to pack up work with Parkinson's Disease and cannot afford what I pay now as I only have a small pension and don't want to just have basic package

What normally happens will they do a deal or should I just cancel??

There is no set answer to this which is why you would need to speak to someone at Sky and explain your circumstances.
