topic False promises by sales in Account & Billing

Has anyone else come across the issues I have faced? New customer here and what a shambles.
placed my order over the phone had agreed a price & everything was good. Until I had order confirmation and it was £7 over what was quoted for the deal.
called up and kept being told it will get adjusted when the service goes live but I was adamant, that this needed to be looked at. Was told the call would be listened to. Anyway a week later I get a call. Surprise the call didn't get recorded! After several calls the manager agreed to put a credit on the account to cover that difference.
Install takes place today, the engineer without my consent signs me up to sky cinema and sports! Expensive. Tells me it's a 4 weeks free trial and leaves. After he leaves I check the account and I'm in contract and being billed for the first month so I immediately call to cancel sports and cinema and demand the first month refund to which it gets refused. Absolute shambles. Has anyone gone through this awful customer services.

However as you contract has been changed I be leave it still libel to 30 day cooling off period specially as it was done in your home that is not only what Sky normally do but it also I be leave it a right under consumer law .I think you should get onto Sky and say you have changed your mind
