      <title>Terrible Service by Sky</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looked to cancel my contract early as ive had nothing but problems with my install, wi-fi drops lots, constant low signal in some rooms even with boosters, tv boxes freezing and stuttering, had to send two back as just didnt work, as a apology they offered me sky kids for free for 3 months and added to account without my consent , then after period run out charged me for it and yet im still expected to pay over 300 pounds to cancel a service that doesnt work as advertised&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/guides/one-touch-switch/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/guides/one-touch-switch/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;already done that , hence the complaints about the cost even though the service is not what is advertised&lt;/P&gt;</description>
