      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Sports and Broadband packages have just gone up, I called to cancel them based on the increase and they said as I'm in contract I can't cancel. I thought I had 30 days from receiving notification to cancel - can someone let me know if I'm right or not?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The penalty free cancellation option is only for Sky+, Sky Q and Broadband/Talk subscriptions and you need to call the number in the letter or email within 30 days of receiving it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's what you've done you need to call again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
