&lt;P&gt;What you have been told it is incorrect as the billing is automatic so if a bill hasn't been paid for whatever reason&amp;nbsp;your services are suspended&amp;nbsp;until you pay what you owe in full and set back up your payment method.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky do not and have never done promises to pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You might need to use their social media to contact them, as you're unlikely to get through on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
