&lt;P&gt;If you do get charged when you do return&amp;nbsp;this equipment make sure you keep the proof of posting receipt&amp;nbsp;as we can then arrange&amp;nbsp;some help for you from Sky's messaging team via here to get the charged return fee refunded but you will need the details from the receipt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I received a text to say I was being charged over £50 for not returning kit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I was never advised during the transfer I would need to do this. You wanted to up grade not me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I &amp;nbsp;recently have received text to send the kit back and I've tried on many occasions to ask where to send it and no reponse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am deeply frustrated now and do not want that charge coming from my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
