Hi i left sky in november last year and i am owed £56.00 but have not recived a refund of them yet

Is this £56 showing as a credit on your account ?

Is your payment method still in place ?

Yes it still shows as credit and i dont no about the payment method

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
