      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; £13.49 from an OAP and have been doing so for months. I don't have Netflex, never have. I rung every month you say you are dealing with the situation. Now you have put my bill up to over £114 for next month Is there no one who can help me?&lt;/P&gt;
