    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to someone at sky asking for an email that a human would see. She sent a link which I opened and wrote about my problem. The reply can back within 2 mins stating that the email address I used had no reply facility. All I want is a real email address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky doesn't use email as a way we can contact them&amp;nbsp;by so if you can explain your issue on here we might be able to help as there is a wealth of knowledge on this community.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
