      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot that I set up a DD for my Sky mobile account and after it wasn't processed on the DD due date I paid my bill manually. Now today my DD has been taken which has left me in a bit of a pickle as that Extra money was for other bills. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once your Sky account shows that you're in credit, you can contact Sky and ask for a refund. It takes around 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you post an image of&amp;nbsp;this bill and if you do make sure your name and account numbers are blanked out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your billing date in the second the payment you made might have gone on it as a credit and not actually paid the bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As suspected the payment has gone on as a credit which is&amp;nbsp;why instead of your balance&amp;nbsp;being £0.00 which should happen when the bill has been taken via your payment method, it is instead a credit balance&amp;nbsp;of £27.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So as well as manually&amp;nbsp;paying the bill yourself on the&amp;nbsp;2nd, it was also taken via your credit/debit card which is why you are in credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
