&lt;P&gt;You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":play_button:"&gt;▶️&lt;/span&gt; customer &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where we try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky send the emails / letters out in batches so the call centres aren't swamped with phone calls from customers who have queries. I haven't had my email yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once it arrives it contains a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;number to call if you wish to leave. You have 30 days to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;call after receiving the notification. Leaving penalty free only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is you account for, ie broadband, mobile, Sky Q or sky stream or glass, depending on what for you may be able to cancel even if you are Ona minimum term.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
