      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just checked my credit file to discover Sky have placed a high impact marker for non payment in January, however I have proof I made the payment in December and January.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I refuse to call Sky customer service as I get nowhere, has anybody had the same issue or can offer some advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
