Scam

I am being chased by a debt collection agency but I do not have a sky subscription or account and haven't had one for over 20 years, but my email address has been used as a contact email. I have been trying to get to talk to real person in customer services.

@Donnylass7 have you told the debt collection agency that the debt isn't in your name (presumably) or your address?

@Donnylass7 if you being chased by a debt collector go back to them and tell them clearly you do not owe any money to Sky and for them to return the account. If they persist it can count as harresment which threatens their licence . Once a debt has gone to collectors Sky can do nothing until it is returned to them.
