    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I had cancelled broadband service back in Nov 2025, i was told i should recieved return label with instruction by sky customer service.&amp;nbsp;I have never recieved return label.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Now I saw an email saying they want me to charge for 35GBP for no return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I now left from UK, for a year for work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Any advise?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I cannot find email for customer service. &lt;P&gt;Is there anyone at your UK address that can do this for you, if so and you do get charged the non return fee as long as the proof of posting receipt&amp;nbsp;is kept and is sent to you then when/if you do&amp;nbsp;get charged we should be able to help you to get it refunded via Sky's ,messaging&amp;nbsp;team who are based on this forum, but they will need to receipt&amp;nbsp;details to be able to do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
