      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternooon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To cut a long story short, I have cancelled my Full fibre, and sky stream. ( broadband was not acvitvated ) after 4 hours on the phone today sorting this out. ( incorrect advise given last week on the phone ). My current stream has been cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have set up a new account and have ordered myself a new sky stream box, and new broadband, ( which suits my needs more ). I am unable to see this new account or unlink the old one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I understand it, I will be given a new account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise or help, so I can view via the app the new order for stream and broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the link, I ended up calling Sky accounts team, who realised when the agent was setting up my account today, he inputted in the incorrect email address. Which is why I could not see my account, or view or track the orders for stream, and router. Or even recover the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old account is now disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
