I had a call yesterday and was given upgraded access to channel's including Disney+. However I cannot get on there. Can you please check this for me

From whom? It may not have been 'Sky' calling you.

There's a lot of scammers pretending to be Sky at the moment.

What details did you give them?

Are you sure this call was from Sky, if it was they would have asked for your telephone password so did the caller asks for this and if they didn't what details did they ask for that you gave them ?
