They keep taking payment from my account when my account is in credit took another 2 payments tonight at 2000 hrs this needs to stop spoken to them today supposed to be refunding me £28 then they take another £37 tonight its robbery

How long as that credit been on the account and was it enough to pay the bill in full ?

Yes £63 in credit bills only £21 and take another £37 tonight surely the bank can stop this

@Robbie__ it would be better to follow it up with Sky to find out why it's happening.

if your Sky account is in credit when your bill is produced (two weeks before your payment date) it will be used to reduce your bill. If the credit appears after your bill has been produced, it will be used to reduce your next bill.
