      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I had a complaint against Sky last month where I wasted two days of my life waiting for someone to collect some of their kit and no one turned up.&amp;nbsp; Sky apologised and gave us a couple of upgrades (Sky Sport and Sky Cinema) for the month and I wanted to chat with someone over the cancellations and alternatives.&amp;nbsp; So not really something to discuss with an AI or through 150 (we'tr not with Sky mobile).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hence I was hoping for a telephone number to call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky send return packaging&amp;nbsp;near the end of any cancellation period (which is 14 days for broadband) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, but they failed to send sufficient packaging for all of their equipment.&amp;nbsp; The packaging covered just the one router and cables nothing else.&amp;nbsp; I was worried they would charge me for failing to return everything so I managed to contact them online to ask what they were going to do about their extender (the router booster) and they suggested sending someone to collect their remaining kit.&amp;nbsp; So that was arranged and they failed to show on the first date, it was rearranged for the following day, and they failed to show again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hence my complant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
