    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel my broadband and TV. I rang yesterday and they offered me a better deal. However things went downhill on the phone and I requested I be put through to cancellations. While waiting I got confirmation of my new contract. Rang this morning my broadband hadn't been cancelled and due to a technical issue my TV can't be cancelled. I have received an email stating my broadband will be cancelled. My issue is I want email confirmation of tv cancelation. I dont want to be told I didn't do it in time when I'm actually trying. I'm not well and really can't deal with all this stress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
