As for stopping your direct debit that won't get anything sorted, it will see services restricted when payment fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to call Sky if you believe the charges are incorrect, the community cannot look in to it for you as we are mainly customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
