      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just realized I am paying £7+ for Netflix when I believed I'd was part of the package, I contacted customer service and was told It was only ad free that was included however I have an email from October last year saying that the basic plan was being discontinued but not to worry as I would be upgraded to netflix standard and this would be as free this was at no extra cost, customer service denied this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
