I thought netflix was part of the tv package & why is it £6.49 thru Sky but only £5.99 thru netflix

Some Sky TV packages include the Netflix Standard with Ads plan as part of a subscription, upgrading to the other Netflix tiers will incur an additional upgrade cost. The £6.49 is the cost of upgrading from Standard with Ads, to Standard without Ads.

I have just realized I am paying £7+ for Netflix when I believed I'd was part of the package, I contacted customer service and was told It was only ad free that was included however I have an email from October last year saying that the basic plan was being discontinued but not to worry as I would be upgraded to netflix standard and this would be as free this was at no extra cost, customer service denied this
