      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep trying to set up a new account for broadband + TV, get right through to last page and get a blank screen, tab title changes to 'We're sorry' and the url changes to &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?=stream&amp;amp;code=create.order.failure" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?=stream&amp;amp;code=create.order.failure&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried with chat multiple times but it's pretty useless and isn't recognising what the error is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I realised in one of the attempts I'd created an account so I changed that to a different email address, signed out, and tried again as a new customer after seeing other community posts and still have had no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As we can't escalate your posts at present you are going to have to call Sky about this and perhaps talk to their ID team to get some help n getting this sorted. An alternative option is to use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get some help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
