topic Help with bills in Account & Billing

Does this sound unreal if I can get my bills reduced to around £80 compared to £100 that I am currently paying? I know longer work any more and cannot afford that much. I have made 3 attempts and even a complaint but they don't seem to help. Just keep going round in circles with offers thrown at me each time. I am currently on sky Q and they insist I should get sky glass which they say would reduce me bills even with a new TV that I don't even want since I just got a new one a few months ago.

@SkyUserNotts if you're currently 'in contract' you're very likely committed to the price you're currently paying until your minimum term expires.

As an alternative to Sky Glass you could consider Sky Stream which would connect to your existing tv. Subscription prices are likely to be lower for Sky Stream and you can switch even if you're in contract with Sky Q. However it's quite different from Sky Q so do be sure to research it thoroughly first.

You don't need to upgrade to Sky Glass oir Stream so ignore the hard sell, if they will not offer you a discount and you are not in a contract you might want to think about cancelling and going elsewhere as nobody has an automatic right to a discount which do appear harder to come by these days.
