      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I keep receiving notifications from you telling me my monthly subscription hasn't been paid, I have updated my direct debit details several times via the app but somehow you are still not taking it and I have inocurred charges from you on several ocassions..&amp;nbsp; I have prove on my app showing the dates I updated my direct debit details.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could you ensure my details are correct &amp;amp; maybe refund me the charges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Charlotte Richards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
