Hi I am having trouble every month when sky take out monies on Aquipment I have returned have photo proof of posting yet they still keep asking for the money every month and me going over drawn on my bill account on talking to them each time this happens they say they will refund the charge and close the account yet this does NOT happen spoke to them for a lengthy time yesterday being passed over to 3 different advisers assured me that all was sorted charges dropped and closed that was at 4 pm yesterday then at 7pm got another demand for charges and on my bill account still showing I owe the full amount losing sleep now and very frustrated been with sky over 25 years never had so much grief

What's Aquipment?

Have you given notice to cancel? Have you had confirmation of cancellation? I presume you have returned equipment? (Returning equipment, by itself, does not cancel any account)

Are you sure this charge is for equipment that should have been returned? It's a one-off charge, not every month.

No every month they charge me for equipment every month they say it's sorted thinking of canceilng as so fed up with the constant phone calls
