    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my TV restricted due to my bill, does anyone know if I could have it removed or do I need to pay the amount in full only reason I'm asking is I don't have the funds until next week and I'm scared they completely cut me off I've been trying to source their online chat and speak to someone but I keep getting back to the start&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Until you’ve done this any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restrictions of services are because of a missed payment, are automatically applied and Skys agents can’t override the process, even if you’re told otherwise. &lt;/STRONG&gt;Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi so my sky stream keep saying please upgrade your account time watch if I try to watch something and it has a box with a triangle and when I click on it it says your sky subscription is being re instated and will take no more thsn 2 hours.&amp;nbsp; I am new customer and its been 3.5 hours and still saying the same thing . There was an overdue amount however its been paid now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As well as paying what you owed have you also setup your payment method again as this will also need doing if you&amp;nbsp;are yet to do this, once you&amp;nbsp;have done this you are waiting on the banks to clear this payment&amp;nbsp;you made before your service will be restored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
