According to my January bill I had Sky Ultimate with Netflix.. In my February bill I still have Sky Ultimate with Netflix at the same price but I am now being charged a separate amount for Netflix premium.. I have just checked and I am no longer being charged by Netflix so I guess it works out but Its not at all clear how it happened, or the contract length.

You have not said what Sky system you have or the Netflix package you have. standard Netflix with ads is in your package with with sky steam and glass and if you have sky Q is included in you package if it includes the ultimate tv package but it is not really free as you pay £4.50 for that package and it is realy just Netflix under another name. If you have what Sky call a boost to higher Netflix subscription, either standard with out ads or premium and you had that at a discount price or free in your package and the in contract minimum term has ended you will then be charged the full price for that Netflix subscription. Sky don't tell you when the minimum term is up they just start charging for it. However. If you look at you previous bills they would show what Netflix subscription you are on, and the date any discount would have ended. Ifyou look at at your present bills it will show what Sky is now charging you for. You can view you bill on the "My sky" app on your phone, tablet and if have Sky Q on you Sky box. It might also be a able on sky steam or glass but as I don't have that system so I am not sure.

Netflix Premium through Sky is £13.49 and £18.99 through Netflix. So you get it £5.50 cheaper which is equivalent to Standard with Ads being included with Sky Ultimate - therefore it's a boost. If you don't care about the Ads, the UHD or being able to stream on four devices instead of two just cancel Premium and settle for the free one.

If you are saying you were being charged by Netflix direct you r Netflix subscription must have become unlinked from Sky for that period don't know how. But when you went in to Netflix during that time they must have asked for bank account or card. details any way you must given them otherwise how would they have know where to charge you. But from what you say your account has now been liked back to Sky and you now have premium boost if you want to see how long you present in contract is for if you go to " Your products " in the my Sky app or look at you bill that also tell you when minum period with that discount and when it will finish you can see that also in the my Sky app in " your bills
