Missing joining voucher

When I joined Sky broadband the deal gave an £80 voucher that should have been sent after the first month. I have received nothing and the Sky help desk has no clue- where do I go?

Was this £80 voucher shown on a comparison website or on the Sky.com website ?

The same happened to me. Luckily I took some screenshots when I signed up, though I've been chasing the £80 for a month. No one resolves it - they tell me to make phone calls but I told them I need a paper trail. I'm going to post them a letter.

I have contacted Sky, who referred me to Giftcloud. Neither has followed through with the voucher. I've twice asked Sky for a deadlock letter. On March 10th I can go to the ombudsman. As I said before, it's lucky I took screenshots when I signed up with Sky in September 2025.

@RoSu1 Pretty sure it's all giftcloud you have to deal with, no doubt something has fallen through the cracks!
