I left Sky last September, returned the equipment and had confirmation they had received it.

I have been hounded since with email and messages saying I owe money, I spoke to an agent on online chat and I have screenshots of the chat and they stated that they would sort it out and I replied with, So I dont owe any money and they said No.

I have today paid the payment. just in the hope to be able to speak to somone, but the sky assistant isnt putting me through and when ring up I can only speak to somone if I set up a new direct debit. I havent even got sky anymore.

They also wont let me speak to anyone on online chat.

I have no idea what to do next?

What do these emails actually say, so do they make mention of the returned equipment or does it say there is an outstanding amount on your bill ?
