&lt;P&gt;As long as she knows the answer to the security question she can speak on your behalf but can't&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;cancel&lt;/U&gt; any part of the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Alternatively if there are health issues involved it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future particularly if there’s an issue communicating. Then all you need to do is tell your wife what it is, and she'll be able to call on your behalf. She won't, however, be able to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
