&lt;P&gt;Are you due to return the hub due to no longer being a customer because if so you have 60 days to return from when you were sent the return packaging so you should be OK if you are still within the two months.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure you get and keep the proof of posting for as long as you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Make sure you keep the Royal Mail tracking information as proof of returning the hub and keep it indefinitely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Sky charge you&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;after&lt;/U&gt; you've returned it post back on this thread and we can try to get you some help through the Community Messaging Team on here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
