I have sky signature and then last week ordered stream.i wasn't happy with the service.it was returned today.you are charging 25poundvto return but what about the 20bpound you charged me to have it.i was I the 2 week or 30 day trial but I didn't even set it up. I want my 20 pound back please

You charged me 25 pound for a return for sky stream.ibdidntbeven open the box and use it.it was returned today 11 February and I payed you 20 quid for the glass TV.thats 45 pound and I don't even have it.i didn't even go over the 30 day return it was a week

If you cancelled Sky Stream do you now see any credit on your account since it was cancelled ?
