&lt;P&gt;If the charge was added after a phone conversation and wasn't mentioned during the call, ring again and ask them to listen to the original call. If it definitely wasn't mentioned hopefully Sky will apply it back as a credit on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
