&lt;P&gt;You post&amp;nbsp;is difficult to understand but I think you are saying you made a payment towards Sky Q being installed then you cancelled the installation&amp;nbsp;so you want this payment returned, is this correct, if it is then you will have to do as you have done already and that is to call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I decided to go back to sky the package was for streaming which we didn't want so that was cancelled I had paid a one off charge the I I was going to have sky Q but then told I might have to wait up to 3months for open reach to do the cable work so cancelled it after another one off payment I haven't activated any sky now I'm trying to get a refund which I might have to wait till the 23rd for the first one and I've got to call them to get it it just seems ma this can be done. Don't take a month to take it out of my bank fed up person</description>
