Damage to water meter

Sky have installed a small junction box at the end of my driveway in doing so they have damaged my water meter and I have been told by Thames water it is a significant leak and needs to be rectified, as the leak is on my land I am liable for fixing the leak and potentially the cost of the water that is running down the road. How do I go about getting in contact with somebody at sky that is a human being to get this sorted

What junction box? Perhaps post an image so we can see what it may be.

That would be extremely unusual: typically Sky has no involvement in duct work.

If that's the actual cause to the damage it's obvious from the image it belongs to Virgin Media and is nothing to do with Sky or Openreach.

@Mbrealey a picture of the one at the end of your driveway would be more relevant, if that's the one causing the issue.

Take a picture of the one outside your property using your phone or camera.

Virgin Media is a cable company, so having ducts and covers is intrinsic to their business model. Sky is a satellite television business and an ISP which uses the national Openreach network: they have no need for their own ducts.
