Discovery plus charging

What subscription do you have? The entertainment package is free with Sky, but if you subscribe to TNT Sports through Discovery+ you have to pay for it.

It says I have discovery plus' free but when I log in says I need to pay to watch anything like 90 day fiance

Do you have Sky stream or Sky stream if get have Sky stream you get the basic Discovery plus thats just the entainment part. with your package. If you have tnt sport with Sky you supose to be able to get full the discover plus including sport but you need to link it to Sky subscription. There is a link on here some, where I don't have it may be another user on here can put on for you . Having said that some people have had problems when trying to link discovery plus to Skys using this link, getting message " can't do this at present"

Hello it's charging me 3.99 a month for the subscription not the tnt part just the programs ?

That is the price for basic Discovery * when subscribe directly. If you think your sky package you should be getting without extra cost you will have ask sky why you are being charged

That means that you haven't activated and linked your Sky account with your Discovery + account.

Note that if you have accidentally linked it to another Discovery + account, then you can't relink it to the correct account without contacting Discovery + and asking them to remove the Sky link from the incorrect account.

When you first signed in to discovery plus it must have asked for you payment details which if the was linked to Sky would not of happened as you getting the service though Sky . If that was me that should be indicativion that all was not correct and would not have put them in then discovery + could not have charged you. You have to close that account and start again. After doing that ask Sky reset things there end so it shows that your account not activated. Once that is done you should be able to activate the discovery plus on the SKY WEBSITE posbily using different log in details to the one used before. What ever you do when logging on to discovery plus DO NOT put any payment details if asked and if you exact login details you used on activation you should not be asked if they do you need to contact Sky to find out what you doing wrong
