    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Ultimate package which is supposed to include Netflix but have just discovered that for the last 2 years I am being charged £5 per month on top for Netflix standard, am I going nuts or is this wrong?? Can't seem to find any explanation in their help pages to explain if this is right or wrong??? Any one else have this??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you dont have my Sky go to the Sky website Sky.com and sign with you Sky id then go " Manage my account" then &amp;nbsp;" Your products" and again you will see the same list of all what's in your package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
