&lt;P&gt;Manual payments are only necessary if requested by Sky, for example after services are restricted,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As stated by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3328395"&gt;@Daniel0210&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;then there is no need to make a manual payment as doing so might not stop Sky from also taking the payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the error message make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:&lt;/P&gt;
