I have tried sending an email to sky about a switch credit request and it won't send the email

I have yeah and it just emails me back saying "failure notice,Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." I've tried it 3 times and not sure why,I've added all the details I needed and attached the email of my previous internet as a pdf file of the cost of switching over

No it just says that message

Perhaps leave it 24 hours before trying again ?

I tried last night when I spoke to someone on the phone they said I can do it whenever I tried 3 times last night between 4pm-6pm and then tried again today 2 times and all saying the same thing

I know I asked this before but you are trying to send it to the email address here highlighted in blue:

Have you made sure it is spelt out correctly and that there is no extra character or an extra dot in it ?
