Pro rata refund

Hello

I switched from Sky Signature to Sky Stream. Last Signature bill covered Jan 4 - Feb 3 and Stream service started Jan 16. When/how do I receive pro rata refund for the Signature bill?

If you look at next months Sky bill is there any reference to the overpayment for Sky Signature ?

Thank you for suggesting that - I didn't realise I could look at 'future' bill for Signature and yes, it shows refund to be credited against next bill, although the 'next' Stream bill does not show it. I assume it's best to wait until the next bill and see what happens.

Are the bills for signature and stream seperate or are they on the same account and bills ?
