I'm having issues with my sky account after a failed sky glass order and have rang customer services I'm currently on department number 6 after an hour! Does anyone at sky know how to fix things!

No graeme fixed that yesterday my new issue has started since I tried to order sky glass but I am not happy with the customer service as im now on department 7 that I apparently the correct department

Since trying to order glass that failed my account has told me I'm not authorised to use the my sky app or look at my bills, the person who fixed my issue yesterday has said my account is fine it could be my sky id but the last person I spoke to on the phone said it might be a technical issue with sky there end but im not happen I got passed to 7 departments and 90 mins later I have a possible answer key word possible

What device are you using, so iphone, ipad, andriod phone or tablet, windows pc etc ?

On those devices are you using anything like a VPN and on the ipad the private relay function ?

Nope and as I said it start after a attempt to buy sky glass and according to customer services doesnt exist

Will they be able to do anything new that the guy on the phone has done? Also the sky employee i spoke to on messenger today couldn't access my sky id so would the new person be able to

I'll wait for now but I want people to know that the phone customer service is a mess but on here seems to be productive
