&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to set up a new broadband with you two years ago and was unsuccessful I got sent out a box with cables which I still have, though wasn't set up as no one came to set it up for me. I was charged for about a year. Once a month I was charged €38.99 and I would like a return of that because it was my money. They don't normally do that, unless you specifically pay extra for them to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
