For the TV give Sky a call and ask them why it has been cancelled 10 or so day early, whilst you can do the same with the broadband you might find that this will not be restored.

No I don't wish to cancel I need to speak to a person about staying till my payday which they said they would do

@Ch101 I take it that means your bill is overdue. When should it have been paid? Restrictions are imposed automatically.

Hi @Ch101 We all assumed that you had put in your notice to cancel and Sky had cut you off early. Unfortunately Sky don't do promises to pay.

If by this you were told Sky would not restrict your services then whatever you was told was incorrect as you have found as services will be be restricted if a bill hadn't been paid as you have found out. To get both restored you need to pay what you owe in full and setup your payment again.
