Hello, I need help with a refund, I don't understand English well, I paid twice a monthly subscription for the Internet, after the first payment I didn't connect to the Internet, I didn't know that you need to automatically subscribe to use the Internet, so I paid twice the monthly amount, in general, I want to return the money back for the second payment, since I will be using Sky services for another month, I'm leaving for another city, what do I need to do and how can I get my money back?
